Thanks for reaching out to us. There are two Pella brand bumpers in our inventory that might match your description: the 80-041 and 80-044. I can't say either of these are what you have but they're a place to start at least. If they don't match up with what you're looking for, you can always send us photos of your old hardware so we can look into it.
