Thanks for posting. I am afraid I can't cross-reference that warranty code to anything, as we are not Pella and I don't have access to Pella's history on customer warrantees. If your old mortise lock matches the dimensions and design of the 40-191, then I am confident this is what you need. Let me know if you have other questions.
