I'm afraid we don't carry the spring you show in your photo by itself. There is a chance a local hardware store in your area might be able to help, but there's no way to be sure. One other solution would be to consider our 40-150. It can take a large spindle with the spacer removed. However, it is a turn handle, while yours is a push handle. My other suggestion would be to replace the complete handle set with something like our 40-177 or 40-130. See what you think.

Same problem. Seems Pella has proven to be a mfr. I will not buy again. Not only not able to find parts, even from Pella, but Cust Svc. is bad (from the 1-1/2 yr old $300 door with dual cylinders that bang your heals when it drops to 30*F, and I was first told simply, "that is normal". I argued that million dollar homeowners don't put Pella on and simply accept that!; "it's out of warranty and there's nothing I can do with that." No thanks, Pella.
