That Pella number isn't familiar to us here. Can you send a photo of your handle set instead?

Thanks for getting back to us. Your mortise lock looks like our 40-191. Is that all you needed? I'm not sure I understand the problem you described. If you need more than the 40-191, please go into a little more detail.
