Pella window. Marking 900 CC on outer sill. I have a suspicion they are pre 1997?

This Pella Casement window does not close properly. Does not hook on to lock. Crank mechanism is broken and missing the arms that connect it to window. No closure, except by hand on the inside of house. Up too high to close from outside. This window is lacking an upper lock as well. Thank you five anyhting you can do to help this repair.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The lever locks shown here remind me of the 38-294 and 38-295. I'm afraid we can't be sure of the operator since the arms are missing though. Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference.
