Not sure what the part number on this balances is, can you help?

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. I unfortunately couldn't find an exact match for this balance. We carry a similar set up that may work for you, though. It would be our 15-252 dual support with two S160-5 springs. One of these set ups on each side of your window will carry a sash weighing 20 pounds.

Look over the dimensions and information we show for each product and see if this would work for you. You might also want the 16-032 mounting clip.
