That number doesn't match anything in our inventory, unfortunately. That doesn't mean that we don't have your part, just that that particular code isn't relevant to us.
I see you were looking at our 39-109B. Does this match what you have now? If not, can you show me a photo of your handle so that I can have a better idea of what you need?

I need 3 Pella cranks, copper colored, and the part number is X429, which seems to be the inverse of your NY inquiry. It is hard to tell if your 39-109B will work, as the head-on images don't quite jive.

I don't see anything in particular about your handle that would preclude our 39-109B from working. There are some minor differences in the shape of the base, but those wouldn't really come into play. What's most important is the diameter of the hole; in the case of our 39-109B, that'd be 3/8". If yours matches then you should be fine.
