Pella window crank handle

I have a house built in 2000 with Pella wood casement windows. I need a replacement crank handles for most of the windows in the house. I have included a picture of the side profile of the crank handle and the inside mechanism. There are some numbers on the underside of the handle, But I'm not certain which of the two number grouping is an identifier. Your help would be appreciated.
