Unfortunately I found no markings anywhere (looked at glass, sill, and everywhere else I could think of, but nothing found). Only thing I know is that these are Pella windows because the cranks have the Pella brand on it.
Left window works poorly (crank is loose and only operates if I pull on it while carefully cranking). Right window doesn't work at all given the crank is out of the operator gear. Please help!
Thanks!
P.s: Happy to send more pictures if needed.

Thanks for posting! The worm gear from your casement window operator has become stripped and that could likely be what is beginning to happen with the other operator. This typically happens when the handle is over torqued when opening and closing the window.
Your operators can be replaced with the 39-175 and 39-176 Sash Crank Operators. The compatible crank handle is the 39-109B 3/8" Handle for Pella. Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement for the operator covers, so you'll need to hold on to the existing covers to reuse if at all possible.
