Pella window crank replacement part

Hello,

I need a replacement crank/operatator for a Pella casement window. the only marking I see on the window is 619 patent paending. the window handle turns but the operator will not open the window. I think the gear is stripped. thanks

This looks like a Pella casement window. I can only see the crank handle and the base, though. There are two possible replacement operators, but I would need to see the arm in order to confirm. Look at our 39-096 or 39-176 in the meantime, though. One of these may be what you need.
