The glass on the window says:
IGCC CBA
IGMAC CIG-2
HS 2-97
Other than that and the "Pella" marking on the latch, I can't see any other markings.
Pella window: latch is broken

I feel confident that we can get this part for you, but before I recommend anything I would like to know the distance between the two screw holes, center-to-center. Please let me know if that will be possible.

The distance is: 1 and 7/8" (1.875")
