I need a left hand upper hinge assembly for a Pella Proline 3565 left casement window installed in 2004. I have added a photo with measurements.

Take a look at the Pella hinge arm assemblies on this page. Review the specifications and see if one matches what you need. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
