Pella window pivot shoe

Question

This is a picture of a pella window pivot shoe on an architectural double hung window. Do you sell a replacement for this shoe. The second picture is of the broken sash pivot. I ordered part 26-406B to replace it.

We do not carry this exact shoe, but we recommend the 15-281 as a potential replacement option. Compare the dimensions below. It would require changing out the channel balance as well.

To further review, can you show us the original metal channel along with how it installs at the top and the number/letter stamp on it? Thank you!
