Pella window rot. All at the bottom of window

Question

Alll bottom of outside window rot. Wood piece and missing one metal outside piece. Cranks work..window won?t totally shut because off wood piece

Can you tell me if this is fixable if not by a piece bought to fit but by a contractor???

You may be able to get a piece of wood cut to the size you need. I would contact a local carpenter for assistance.
