Pella window sliding bracket

Question

I need replacement for the white piece in the photo. It holds window to the frame at any position, sliding up and down. Picture shown is at the bottom of the window, with window open 90 degree to expose subject part. Frame is vertical and bottom window horizontal to the left.

I cannot make picture of the part disassembled.

It appears that you have an older version of the 15-251 single support, though you'll need to remove the assembly from the window to confirm there is just one coil spring per each side of the window sash. If the assembly only uses one coil, based on the number stamp take look at the S160-10 coil that is compatible with this support. This coil is a 1/2" thick, please compare to your original to confirm a good fit! One coil on each side of the window will support a 20 pound window sash overall. You'll note right away that the 15-251 is much longer than your original support, but it will still work just the same.

If you need a new bracket, you may have a style like the 16-032. If it differs, please let us know and send us a picture of the original to further review.
