Pella winged balance shoe w/pulley

Window uses 2350 balance. Bottom shoe dimensions are approx. same as part 15-004, however between and below the wings it has a small pulley which the cord goes around and the shoe also acts as a stop for the clip. Picture attached. Do you have a shoe like that? TIA...

Hi! We can replace this balance, but it will be a special order. To get that going, we need to see the top fitting and the clip attached to the cord. Can you send photos?

As well, please tell me how many balances to quote you for.

Top shoe pics attached. I would need two balances (2350.) I understand Pella no longer uses the shoe with the pulley in it. So I guess I don't really need it. What is the match to what I have without that pulley? And the cost for two shipped to San Diego, 92104?

While your window brand may be Pella, this balance is not a Pella balance. I've known many Pella windows to use mostly generic parts. You won't be able to use any kind of substitute for this style, as nothing else can work. You need this exact balance.
