I am looking to switch out to a t crank style.
Hand crank is 3/8 x429

Thanks for writing in to us! Your Pella handle looks like the 39-109B Handle for Pella. I'm assuming your spline measurement should be 3/8", so you can likely use the 39-227B T-Crank Handle.

This is available in white and champagne.
