Length of the metal is 20 inch.

I believe this might be a S770-20 Tilt Window Channel Balance. Look it over, including the bottom clip, and see if you agree. Your stamp code is pretty unusual, however. Can you tell us the exact weight of the window sash that uses this balance? That will tell us what new stamp option to select.
