Die cast cam is cracked. Holes on lever side are 1 5/8.

Hello, thanks for writing in. We don't have an exact replacement for your sash lock. However, take a look at our 90-298. This is the only sash lock we carry with the 1-5/8" hole spacing that you describe. However, it is designed to fit into a preexisting recess in the sash. Take a look and see if this could work for you.
