Need assistance with identifying the top window operator. The number is 6DN04. There is no manufacturer name. I have identified the bottom window operators as Truth 31850. Window model is Penn Co twin 2450 with 12" transom.

Hi there!

It looks like you need a new hinge. We don't sell this exact model but our 36-048 ought to work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. Have a look and let me know if you have any questions.
