Pennco Balance
The shoes on two of my Pennco Balances have broken.
The Balance is 26 inches long by 1/2 inch. The only marking on the balance is 260.
Pennco seems to have closed shop, so no joy there.
Your part number 15-235 looks like a close match to the shoe. Then I would need to pin it in place.
I have several pictures that may help.
Can't seem to add pictures in this space.
