Need to know which pivot shoe to use to replace broken one.

Thanks for posting. I suspect this might be the 15-208, which is commonly used in Pennco windows, but it's best to remove the shoe and compare to confirm. Let us know what you find.

I ordered the jamb spreader from SWISCO to carefully remove the pivot shoe with no problem, measured the broken shoe with the one you believed would fit my window and it was a match so I ordered a replacement and some extra to keep on hand. Thank you for your assistance.
