Pennco sliding patio door will not close all the way

Hello,

I would appreciate some help/guidance with my Pennco sliding patio door. I believe this is a 504 Door(#7232-SA-800). There are adjustable sliding glass door rollers(your part # 81-041) at each end of the bottom of the door. My quandary is this, when I attempt to close the sliding glass door, it does not close completely at the bottom leaving a gap of up to

Something sounds like it could be out of square, either your jamb or your door. Hopefully you can solve the problem by adjusting the wheels; you can do this by raising the wheel at the handle side and lowering the opposite wheel. Also, your track might have sagged near the jamb that the runner has worn down. You can fix this by adding a track cover like our 80-102.
