Pennco spring

This pivot shoe resembles our 15-208, but you mention that the window won't stay raised. That's usually a problem with the balance itself. Can you show me a picture of yours? If we can see it out of the window, that would be great. I will also need to know the length of the metal channel and the number printed on it.
