Pennco window balance

I think we can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you show me a photo of the stamp on the other side of the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many of these you needed? Finally, I'd like to see a picture of the pivot shoe to which this attaches.
