Pennsylvania House Armoir hardware

Pennsylvania House drawer chest and armoire - purchased around 2007. Opening at base is 1 1/4". The top part of the glide is 2 1/2". Opening where wood on drawer slides is almost 1 1/4". Please let me know if you have all the info you need and if it is clear. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
