Stamped on these guides is. Ronthor Reiss corp nyc. R-40-28 Pat No. 3201187.
We are looking for replacement guides for 1983 Pennsylvania House dresser and chest.

Thanks for posting. This old Ronthor back bearing is no longer made, but we believe our 32-118 can work as a replacement. Compare the diagram below with your old hardware and let us know if you think this could work for you.

Do you have mounting screws or nails to attach drawer glides?

Hello,

We do not carry screws for this particular back bearing but you can pick up a few #6 X 1/2" pan or truss head screws from a local hardware store to install it. Thanks for posting.
