Perfect pivot bar except width

I recently ordered 12 pivot bars (26-083). All dimensions are perfect EXCEPT the width. Looks like the width I need is 1/4", not 5/16". If you had one the same dimensions but only 1/4" wide, it would be perfect.
The whole length has to be 1/4" because it slides into a bracket. Do you have those?

Thanks for contacting us. We may have something that can work for you. Do you have an undamaged version of this pivot bar we can see? If so, I'd like to see a clear picture of it so we can see what we're dealing with. Could I also see the pivot shoe it goes in? That will also provide an important clue. Thanks!

Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the shoe but its just a plastic piece that this fits into. The undamaged pivot is two inches long with the hole at the 1 1/2 inch mark. It's 1/4" wide and 3/16" tall. I'm not sure if you can see the cross view well so I sketched it - as you can see its not a 'U' shaped piece but I'm sure if the other dimensions matched that wouldn't matter.

I'm afraid I can't find anything quite like this. Could we get a photo of that pivot shoe? I know it may seem like just a piece of plastic, but it's a very important detail and could provide us the clue we need to get you a working replacement for this pivot bar. There's no such thing as a normal pivot shoe, they're all pretty unique. Seeing yours is as essential as seeing the pivot bar.
