Perfect size, wrong squared shape. Won't fit!

A handy person from Reno, NV says:
Hello,
I just ordered this lock and the screws have the correct placement, etc. but the part of the lock that is inserted into the door is more squared then the door opening (and the steel insert that is already placed inside of the door). The insert and door opening are ovaled at each end.

Please advise?

Thanks for posting, Ainsley. It should still install, you just have to kind of angle it in. See our video below on how we install a similar lock.
