Peter Kohler of Canada window parts

Question

I have Peter Kohler windows in my condo. They were made in 2002. The serial number is 307266002. The balances and pivot bars on the bottom sash broke. I am attaching photos. The window is 37 by 55 inches. Would you have these parts?

Thanks for posting! The balance shoe looks like it could be our 15-087, but it's hard to be sure. Check it out and tell me how well it compares to your current shoe. If so, then also see our Series 180 coil spring and 15-086 housing.

I'm not sure about the pivot bar. It looks like the pin broke off. Would you happen to have an undamaged version we can see? Can you also give me the distance between the installation holes (measured center to center)?
