I am confident we can find you a replacement balance. We need to see another photo showing the nylon fittings at both ends of the balance. I am unable to get the best look at them in your second photo. Once we can see them clearly, we can find a solution in a replacement balance.

Thanks for the photos. Have a loom at our S395-35 balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. If everything matches up with one another then you can go with the 3450 option that holds a sash weight range of 30-34 pounds.
