Pgt balancers, non hurricane glass

Question

Looking for balances and upper sash clips for pgt windows non tilt windows bottom sash only opens.

Wt of sash is 30 lbs. Glass is roughly 48 inches wide.

Thank you for your correspondence. We believe you need the 18-015 PGT top sash guide. As for your channel balance, it looks to be S395-30 and the spring weight for a 30 lbs. sash, use 2950.
