I removed this channel balance from a window, bottom rusted and gone where plastic foot holds pulley wheel. I watched your Utube video and think you may be the people to provide me the replacement part. The stamping on the steel says 29 3 LT CMC 3. The picture may show this as well. Thanks

I'm sure we have a balance that will work for you, but I cannot identify what you have without seeing a clear picture of the bottom nylon attachment. You mentioned it had rusted off. Do you have an identical balance that may still be intact? We will need to see it.

Thank you for the additional photos. Your PGT window uses S395-30 with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom balance fitting. Please compare that. The spring weight option for "29 3" is "2930," for a sash weighing between 16 and 23 pounds. You can weigh and compare to be sure.
