Looking for channel balance for my pgt window. 31 inches long. No visible markings or stamps on the part. Look forward to your response.

Hello,

Take a look at our S395-31 channel balance. There should be a stamp on the back of the metal channel. Try looking at the balance on the other side of the window and if there's nothing there, you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under our product description to choose the correct spring strength option.
