Can you tell us what the distance between screw holes is, from top to bottom? This will allow our parts experts to better recommend replacement options.

I have these windows throughout my home and need to order two left side openers and one right side opener. The handle unscrewed from the device and could not be reattached.

Parts can be sent to us in the USA and we will bring to our island home.

I have more photos if needed.

Here is a photo also
5 1/2 inches top to bottom and bottom screws are 1 inch apart.

Thanks! I don't think we can get this exact operator, but two come to mind: our 39-026 (39-025 for the opposite side) and 39-060 (39-061 for the opposite side). Look these both over and see if you could get either to work in your window.
