Philip single hung Window tilt latches

Philip single hung Window tilt latches replacement part - your 26-193 & 26-194 Rollyson Tilt Latches. Will these work if mine measures 3 inches? I do not want you order them if they will not work. I have already checked Menards. They actually recommended to check online. They did nothing that I would find in any other local hardware or number store in my local area. These windows are at least 20 years old.

It's hard to say. You're missing the key measurement, which is the distance between the screw holes. Can you confirm what that measurement is? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not from the edges. In the meantime, look at our 26-337 and 26-344 and see if either of these can work.

I have measured the distance between the center of each hole and came up with 2" and from the center whole to the edge came up with 3/4". Appears I would need to try ordering 26-344. Do I need anything else to replace them? The screws are still on the window. A couple of springs have popped out. Pretty much just the plastic cracked from the sun. I assume I can just go to the link you provided to order. Just let me know if I am needing anything else.

Nope, that's it! You can re-use your old screws, and all orders can be placed on our main site, like you thought.
