Philips Industries, Malta (Window) Division, Tilting Window Sash Nylon Pivot parts

Question

I have some 35+ year old Thermawood Malta Windows that have a center tilt for cleaning.  The windows are still in good shape.  The window sashes pivot on a nylon part using a tension spring to hold the window.  Due to the tension on the nylon part, over time it deteriorates and breaks.  I have 10 double sash windows with 4 of these nylon pivot parts per window, total of 40.  I would like to repair all of these with new nylon (or better) parts.
