I think it's the 19" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE

Product Code: S385-19. Because the 1 3/32"

Thanks for posting. If the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe is 1-3/32", then yes, this is a Series 385 Channel Balance. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments, is 29". If so, then see the S385-29. You will need to select a stamp option. Look for a stamp code on the metal channel that conforms to one of the stamp options listed on the product page. If you need help deciphering it, send us a picture. If there is no stamp option, weigh your window sash. You can then match that precise weight with one of the weight ranges listed with each stamp option on the product page.

Hi thank you for the reply. I couldn't find any stamp on the window so I weighed it. The window weighs 26lbs. Please advise what S385-29 I should order. I will be ordering 4 of them for the two windows I'm repairing.

Thanks for getting back to us. If your window sash weighs 26 lbs, then for the S385-29 you should select a stamp option of 2840. This is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 28 lbs.
