Philips Window sash balances

Question

Hi, I have a house full of Philips Windows and am under contract to sell. The house was built new in 2000. The broken sash appears to be made by Caldwell, #31 9 38 LN. I measure the metal length at 32" and I think it is 1/2' wide. The weight of the sash itself is ~ 38lbs, big window. I am looking for 4 of these and hoping you can guide me to the correct one.

Hi there Jon, thanks for the post. The bottom plastic shoe appears to have a depth of 1-3/32". If this is the case, you can go for our S385-32 balance with a "3164" spring strength option to support your 38 lb. sash. Let us know what you think!
