We appreciate you reaching out to SWISCO. We do ion fact believe your Phillips window uses a 3/8" metal tube tilt balance under the plastic cover, such as our Series 900 spiral balance. There is also a possibility our 15-045 pivot shoe may could be used in your window repair. There are some media guides we placed on this page we'd think will offer some additional support.
