Phillips Contracting casement hinge indentification

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid we do not carry a 12" Hinge Set. However ither our 10" 36-004-10 or 36-004-14 14" stainless steel sets might work as a substitute. If you go with the 14" set, you just need to make sure you have enough room to install it. Also be sure to replace both hinges in the window, top and bottom, at the same time.
