We should be able to supply a match for this balance, but I can't tell what you have from these photos. We'll need you to remove an undamaged version from the window, or from an identical window in the house, and show us pictures of that. We need to see the top end, bottom end, stamp, and whatever clip or shoe is at the end of the cord.

Thank you. Do you at least have a picture of the shoe that was at the bottom of the balance? It may have broken off and is likely made of nylon, but it is a necessary detail.
