This is a 14 inch bar. 1 inch nylon fittings so it is a 380. The stamp does not match any listed on this site for spring strength.

The stamp code of 13-9 is from an older rating system we no longer use. To know what stamp option to select, obtain the exact weight of the window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on a given balance's product page.
