I have three windows that will not stay up. The sash balance spring assembly? Has a flat area that is pinned and attaches to the slide. This is the weak area and has broken there. Also I need the window catch pictured.

Your tilt latch looks like it's similar to our 26-243 and 26-244. Look them over and let me know if you agree.

As for the balance, since this is a tilt window you only have two choices: either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600.
