Phillips window balance 19 2 HP CALDWELL

Question

HI there, I have a sash window made by Phillips. The Channel Balances say 19 2 HP Caldwell stamped on them. The window is 21X23. THe channel Balance is 20 inches metal to metal not including the plastic on the ends. I am wondering if you have this or can make this. I need two of them.
