Phillips window balance ID

Question

I have 2 Phillips single hung windows that swing out at the bottom. I need new channel balances and shoes for them. The channel balance is marked 34B and is 34 inches long. The balance shoe has the number 461008 on it, at least I think that's the number. It's hard to read. I've attached some pictures so you can help identify the correct part. Thanks,
