Phillips window parts for a 2008 manufactured home...Double hung windows

Question

Distance from center of hole to center of hole on locking mechanism is 2 and 1/16 inches. Underside of locking mechanism as shown in picture has "2 R". Latch receiver distance from center of hole to center of hole is 1 inch. Trying to replace these part, as some are broken or missing.

Take a look at our 90-278 sash lock, along with the 90-237 and 90-263 to see if the dimensions of either replacement keeper could work for you. Thanks for posting!
