Regarding the attached pictures: (Locking latch says Philips on them) I believe that Philips is out of business?

Your photos of your roller did not come through. However, with just doing a little research on Phillips wheels, you may want to take a look at our 87-181 for starters. I would encourage you to resend us the photos of your roller so we can take a closer look for you.
For your window lock, see if our 90-005 would make a good match. We would also need some additional information from you such as the width at the base and top as well the height of the track.
