Photos of balances

I'm afraid I don't recognize this balance. Looking at your photos, the bottom nylon fitting isn't like anything I've seen before. Is it possible that they're damaged? If so, can you show me a version of that nylon fitting that's still in one piece? Perhaps from an identical window elsewhere in the house.
