Hello,

It looks like you have a 1" wide t-lock shoe similar to the 15-194 shown below. Unfortunately, this will not work with your original balance channels since your shoe has a groove in the base that ours does not have.

We should still be able to help but the entire balance assemblies would need to be replaced. To get started we'll need to see the stamp on your balance channel, the clip at the end of the pulley cord, as well as confirm the number of balances that you need. Thank you!
